Please excuse this CCD post on
the APML but thought you might be interested to see the mantel that shows up
in the red exposure (working on the G and B...) of the very common M57... the
density difference is something like 1:1000 between the mantel and the
"regular" part of M57... if I did not burn down the central part it would be
pure white.
