I would like to add a positive note about my dealings with Herb to help counter
that negative post.  I found Herb to be professional, honest and a person that
shares the passion of the hobby.

Wow! Thank you Roland and Sean and Mike and Gene.
It is pretty obvious that Joe is Bob Yen. 
Bob Yen has never purchased one thing from our company and I have only knowingly talked to him 
2 times on the phone. Those calls were a couple weeks ago when he was obviously "disturbed" and 
was calling several people in a threatening manner..
If there are any current complaints about me or ATWB on s.a.a other than the ones from Bob Yen 
I'm not aware of them. If anyone does have a complaint they should easily be able to contact me 
directly and I'll pay for the phone call - 800-850-2001 - hope this isn't construed as an ad. <g>
