Well, I've had GOOD service from Herb ...
Let's all be careful about doing the big smear on everyone based on hearsay 
and other people's behavior.
As to complaints on sci.astro.amateur, some of the complaints say more 
about the person doing the complaining than anything else.

The signal-to-noise ratio there sucks.
