Re: [APML] Any Pocono Update????
I just wanted to say that I have had many dealings with Herb, Ray and Paula
York and have always been extremely pleased with their service and
support. It has always been honest and top notch. Any time I have had a
question or problem Herb has went the extra mile to make sure that I was
happy. You can find complaints about ANY business on the news groups. Any
time you are dealing with the public you are going to have people that you
cannot make happy no matter what you do. I don't know if you have ever
worked in the retail business before but this is the simple truth.
As far as his membership on this list -- why don't you do a search on his
posts and look at the content for yourself. There have been several
comments, questions etc. directly related to Astrophotography. Sometimes
he might post that there is a used item someone said they were looking
for. There are lots of people on the list who have businesses related to
Astrophotography. Personally I would rather deal with someone who has an
interest in the hobby rather than someone who his completely clueless.
You should be very careful before posting negative comments about
someone. I think it is much better to stick to personal experience or the
experiences of others you know.
