Re: [APML] Messier Index

I've done a few pics using film for RGB and CCD for Luminance. One example
I have is M51 at:

http://home.earthlink.net/~rjkrejci/Galaxies.htm

The Luminance is a ST-5 CCD image (60x30 sec) and the RGB was a 60 minute
hand guided exposure on Elitechrome200 at f6.3. Both were taken with my
LX-90 8" SCT. I registered them with PictureWindow and used Photoshop to
set the CCD shot as Luminance.

I have another in my Nebula section with M27, although the e200 shot seemed
to be mostly sensitive to the red of m27, with very little green and blue
present.

It's a good option for a budget setup like mine.
