[APML] Web pages back online

My web pages are back online after recovering from a disk array meltdown
at my ISP.  Also, I finally have some new pictures (mostly CCD, one
film).

The Veil Neb shot has some field rotation; I think I must have bumped
the mount because the polar alignment was good the previous night.  The
moon mosaic started out as just four pictures of interesting areas, but
when I started processing them I noticed that there were areas of
overlap, so I decided to try to build a mosaic from them in Photoshop.
