Hello,

deepest condolescence to all our American list subscribers - we in
Germany feel with you. 

Almost all TV programs here have suspended their regular programs for
the rest of the day and replaced by news reports. Schroeder has called
this terror act a declaration of war against civilized world. The Munich
city administration is considering to cancel upcoming Oktoberfest.
Personally, I'm still worrying a bit about East Coast relatives and
friends I had not yet occasion to contact.
