[APML] Condolences to all US list members

Dear all,

I didn't want to title my post "OT" because I think it's very "on-topic".
I would like to express that all people over here in Germany are shocked by the 
events that took place in NJC, Washington and Philadelphia this morning. 
Be sure that everyone over here in Germany stands beside you to ensure that the 
criminals who've done this will be found and that future bombings like this will 
be prevented!

I truely hope that none of your relatives have suffered by any of these terror 
acts.

Sorry, if I spoil the lists with my personal fears, but since I've heard from 
these catastrophies I couldn't think of anything else.
