Thank you Marco and all of our friends abroad.  Those of here in Washington
also have collegues and family in New York can use all of the prayers you
can muster.  I was on my way to the Pentagon for a meeting this morning when
all of this happened, if I had not delayed my meeting for several hours I
would have been there already.  I have a brother that works on Wall Street
that I have not heard from yet.
