Yes, it's possible.  However, I'm not aware of commercial software available
that will control the ST-4 to update/change its target pixel coordinates
over time...but Paul Mortfield wrote software on his own to do this, and
I've used it.

If you are comfortable writing your own software, then you could dot it
yourself, after getting familiar with the ST-4 control codes, as published
on the SBIG web page.
