[APML] Fish on the Platter

Here's a shot of the region south of Gamma Cygni. I believe the
nebulosity in this region is broadly known as "Fish on the Platter"
(Millenium Star Atlas) or Sh2-101. To be honest, I cannot tell the fish
nor the platter from this image. The Cresent nebula (NGC 6888) is also
present at the upper left of the image. The bright yellow star at the
right of the image is 21 nu. Just to the left of this star is a bright
patch of red nebulosty. Approximately in between the star 21 nu and this
nebulosity lies the X-ray source Cygnus-X1 which has been speculated to
be a black hole. As such it is not visible in this image.

This image was taken using an 8" f/1.5 Schmidt camera using hypered Tech
Pan and tricolor filters during the last new moon. The RGB images were
registered using Registar. Final processing was performed in Photoshop.
Exposure details are on the webpage.
