I love the cut-off roof idea! (LOL) How about a roll-off roof: put some
outriggers to support it and it should work just like a fixed observatory!
That propane/electric fridge sounds interesting; hadn't heard of a
convertible like that. I'll look for that.

Speaking of electric: has anyone tried that electric toilet (Incinolet,
www.incinolet.com)? Expensive.... Does it work as well as they claim?

The racks on the side are definitely something I'll be measuring for. First
a couple of trips to get some idea of what I need; then some construction.
