Re: [APML] Comments on vans for dark-sky trips



Hey Mark---I need to start saving my money now, not spending more <G>! I'll
have to make do with my 32 cm f9 (and smaller stuff). Actually, I have been
wondering if it's really worth while to take an RC *and* my refractor out on
the same trip. When I try to use them simultaneously at home, I have trouble
keeping track of everything; out in the field, I would expect even more
confusion. Initially at least, I plan to take my A-P 130 EDF and the 900GTO
mount and pier. Leave the big RC at home. I'm thinking of giving Chuck's
favorite--- Chews Ridge--- a try.
