Meade products are all hype and no substance. The mount
you mention above is not suitable for astrophotography and is hardly suitable
for visual work. The bearings are to small, the gear train makes too
much error. I would not recommend any mount from Meade for
photography.

A lot more attention goes into marketing than
goes into quality. I would not recommend any mount from Meade for photography
either. There's a reason they are cheaper
than most.
