I have been subscribed to the ATM list that has the digest and i tried
to subscribe the digest too.
I assure you that if you havent' got time for the messages you havent'
got it for the digest too.
In the ATM list the digest arrive twice or more a day and the files
are so large that after a few days you would not be able to read them!
Try it to believe it!
I think that the owners havent' got the time to select the real 
interesting messages and possibly to reduce them to the essential.
I have unsubscribed after collection of 270 messages in a little more
than 2 months.
