[APML]: copyright question

Hope this doesn't sound too silly...

 I have started a small list on my web page of suggested hyperin times 
for different films.

  I reason that if someone posts a suggested time to this list, it is 
fair game - public knowledge.

  However, if I come accross a suggested hypering time one smeone's web 
page, am I violating thier copyright by using that time?  None of he text 
- just the time.

  i have jsut started this list, and would like to expand upon it, but do 
not want to stomp on anyone's toe's doing so.
