I'm thinking about buying either the Losmandy Single axis or the Dual Axis
Piggyback mount. According to the the Spectra Astro Systems catalog, the
Single axis mount allows side to side setting, the Dual allows side to side
and
up/down.

Does the dual mount give you as much flexibility as a ball head?
I havn't seen one, so I'm not sure if "up/down" means tilting
the camera in declination.
