[APML] Live east coast webcam (eclipse)

Just wanted to share my cities webcam, (niagara
Falls), since its clear hear for the eclipse.
You can control it and add or subtract the amount of
light coming in throguh the lens....its really quite
nice.
Ive aqlready captured aurora on it.
If there is water on the lens, its not raining, its
mist from the falls.
If someone is already controling the cam for the moon,
let them have at it instead of fighting for it.
