Re: [APML] Star Trail colors??

Nice star trail shot!  The colors look fine to me.  I like your set-up too.  That old bridge looks like something out of the Old West.

Subject: [APML] Star Trail colors??

Hi Film Connoisseurs,
I recently returned from a successful trip to New Mexico Skies with my
friend Chris Hetlage from the Atlanta Astronomy Club. It was a great trip
and Mike and Lynn Rice are outstanding hosts. I have quite a few shots to
process, over 30 frames, plus star trails. While scanning the star trails I
noticed a big difference in color between the 2 different films. Kodak E200
and Fuji Velvia 100F

Here is a link to a processed shot using a fairly new film(at least to me),
Fuji Velvia 100F. It had a green cast to it on the long exposures, but not
on the daylight shots. What do you think of the color?

Here is a link to a few daylight shots:

Thanks,
