Re: [APML] Star trails and dogs
I was at a starparty last week (thursday - sunday)
that was
cut short due to an incoming front (rain) on saturday
night.
Thursday was good, but Friday was about 50% clouded
out.
When it cleared at 2am, I started an hour exposure
only to fall
asleep and overexpose by another hour. When
I woke up (at 4:15) the sky was clouded over and
the autoguider was beeping away cuz it lost the
guidestar.
There might be something salvagable on that shot..
we'll have to see.
Some of us were joking about putting everything up on
astromart as soon as we got home.
