Re: [APML] Film Testing Targets?

Hi Wade,

According to the test made by the Japanese magazine Temmon Guide,
Astia 100F has good H-alpha sensitivity and good reciprocity failures.
They did a side by side tests on Astia 100F and Velvia 100F. It seems
that Velvia 100F is very slightly better. Probably Astia 100F, Velvia 100F
and Provia 100F are equally good. If you want to choose one to start with,
I would suggest Provia 100F, instead of Astia. Provia 100F is more
commonly used for deep sky in Japan and it shows promise.

Cheers,

Wei-Hao
