[APML] Film drying

I have a question about drying film.
I am thinking of building a cabinet for drying film. My thoughts are to
use a low volume (50cfm) blower with a hepa filter on the inlet side.
The reasons are to reduce the drying time and to reduce the risk of
"dust boogers" on the dried film.
However I think I remember reading that forced air drying is a no-no
with tech pan.
Can anyone confirm or deny this?
