[APML] color settings

I am trying to get all the kinks out of my system, and there are a few.
I can use some help with the color settings in PS7. Currently they are:


Settings: CUSTOM

Working spaces:

    RGB: Adobe RGB (1998)
    CMYK: US Web Coated (SWOP) v2
    Gray: Gray Gamma 2.2
    Spot: Dot gain 20%

Color management policies:

    RGB: off
    CMYK: off
    Gray: off

Is there anything I should change? 

I did find my monitor set to the higher temp setting, 9300k, and
changed it to 6500. I also wonder about the 'refresh rates'. Any advice
here?
