Renzo, that is a great shot!

I tried selecting the shadows in Photoshop and reduced the gamma to 0.85 and found that the nebula
stood out more but it was subtle. I also tried a minimum filter on the stars which I would say had
a mixed effect at best - probably not a good idea.

I inserted in my web site another shot of a nebula in Cygnus.
This time is NGC 6888 (Crescent Nebula).
I took this photo during my august holidays on Labro Mount in Italy with my Vixen R200SS (800/200)
scope on EQ6 mount.
Autoguide with a ST-4 on a refractor 102/500
Fuji Provia 400F exposed at 400 ISO for 35 minutes.
