I don't have the original post.  Did you purchase the unit
originally from the "old" Lumicon or the "new" Lumicon/Parks?

If from the "old" entity then Parks really has no obligation
to support the product.  It would be good PR to do so but 
you can't fault them for not supporting something made and 
sold by a completely separate entity.  After all Parks didn't
make any money off of the sale.

If purchased from Parks then gripe away <g>.
