[APML] Is anyone using the "XY Finder" from Tau Ceti?

Hey all,

Just noticed this in the back of Sky and telescope (page 142, Oct
issue).

I wondering if anyone here is (or has) using this and what are your
observations after using it? Worthwhile, piece of junk,....
