Holy Cow ... it looks like all
of southern CA is on fire! I just spoke to a friend in Ventura and he said that
the sky has become solid smoke with ashes falling like snow ... so far we have
been spared up here by some miracle ... things are pretty tense ... fire danger
is extreme.
