I didn't post your picture anywhere , never I use other's pictures on the web without their consent ! But try the "recipe" that I give you , under Filters menu - Sharpen and Unsharp mask , I'm not sure if it's the good way because my PS is in french ;) then play with the Amount = 100%  Radius =  2,4 pixels and Threshold = 2 levels , but you can make your own recipe ;) Surely pro Photoshopers , like Jerry Lodriguss can help you more with unsharp mask.

 

btw: you have beautiful pics on your site and I like the litle spermatozoid chasing my cursor ;) LOL !!!
