[APML] Registar

Hi--with reference to a note by Jerry L. earlier today, I was able to
place a second copy of my purchased version of Registar on my second
computer completely within the constraints of their licensing agreement
quoted below.

Their software is super, and this licensing arrangement seems pretty
reasonable to me.
