Well, after Jim's question about how I mixed the HC-110, I got some
pictures that were only modestly overdeveloped :-/

I took three focus-test frames using a two-hole Hartmann mask.  Those
look okay, although the unfiltered one is rather dark (no real
surprise, I'm shooting from Brooklyn).

I'm not sure what I did with the filtered shots without the Hartmann
mask since they look empty!  They are clearly exposed, and since Deneb
should have been in the FOV, I don't know why they appear empty (4-,
8-, 16-min shots @ f/2.8 w/Lumicon H-alpha filter).  I think I must
have botched something like accidently stopping down the lens when I
put the filter back on after the unfiltered focus test.

Next time the sky clears, I'll try again....

Thanks to everyone for your suggestions (and especially to Jim who
nailed my mistake).
