Phil:
I have used the Hutech KEF for a number of years, for both 35mm and Pentax 67
and I would have to say it is the best out there. The 'circular' KEF is a
real innovation allowing you to move the "focus star" in any direction. But you
are correct in that it is not offered for the Mamiya 645. The actual KEF is
available by itself, but you would have to come up with a custom way to mount it.
If properly designed and built it would be no problem to calibrate it to your
645.

I am less 'glowing' about the Stellar Tech focusers. They have come a long
way since their introduction but still seem overdesigned and people who have
them report inconsistent results.
