John, I think with the skies in HJ, ANY film would do well.  (Ok, Ill pass
on 3M1000)

    You must have a special Arizona version of Supra or something. I shot
some last new moon with my 8" Schmidt, and the results aren't even in the
same ball park as yours. Even with a red filtered TP image for the red
channel, I still can't match your results! Must be those Happy Jack
skies....
