Eeek!  You're right.  I misread the directions and mixed the
concentrate with 7 parts water, without making a stock solution
first.  I'm going to have to go back and look at the directions for
D-19 to see if I did something similarly stupid now.  :-(

Thanks for suggesting the "obvious."
