Can't yet validate this but could be an opportunity for APer's. This came

It seems that later this month on October 25th the Earth will be in just the
right place, and with a much desired moonless night, for skywatchers with a
good pair of binoculars or a small telescope to see Comet Encke as it passes
by the M31 Andromeda Galaxy. More details from:
