Nice image, the cloud adds to the pic an strange aspect :-)
Try to do more exposures for combining, surely will bring
out the faint nebulas in the field, specialle those around
Antares. I see that the Milky Way's cloud in the lower
left corner has deteriored gradients, perhaps a Photoshop's
artifacts? Also I like very much the emission nebulas,
each has a different red. E200 is very sensitive to H-alpha,
but seems to detect emission around the O-III, isn't?
