[APML] Polaroid SS 4000 scan questions

Yep, I'm on the loose again. I know many of you have dreaded the time
when I start playing with the scanner again (because of the stupid
questions sure to follow), and that time is now. Sorry for the simple
question but it's been 9 months since I ued the scanner and I've
forgotten darn near all of the little I learned.

On initial setup, what should I set the following parameters to:
 
1. Resolution (2000?)
2. DPI or LPI (DPI?)
3. Scale to %
4. Rescale method
