[APML] List problems

Some of you may be having the opposite problem mentioned earlier.
Instead of too many messages you are missing posts.  There is still
a lot of thrashing around happening on the 'net.  Some of the 
worse domains are:

rr.com
mindspring.com
hotmail.com
msn.com

If you get accidentally unsubscribed just resubscribe.  I've stopped
all unsubscriptions until the 'net starts working less erratically.
Just bear with it a little while.
