[APML] Griffith observatory composite

OK, Chris you started something.  I thought I would give this a try.  I
could only find a .jpg of the Griffith image, but I wanted to see what might
happen.  I may rescan this and play with it some more.  Who says the Milky
Way doesn't look great from LA?
