Last night was completely clouded over, but I had time to develop my
Tech Pan shots from the previous night; 10 minutes HC-100 Dilution F
at 68°F.  This should have given me an effective EI of about 50.  The
1/125 sec shots look best by eye, I haven't scanned them yet or used a
loupe.  The 1/60 sec might be okay, but they appear a little dark.
The 1/30 sec are definitely too dark.

I haven't compared that with Covington's table yet....
