[APML] Reducer -> Image Plane Distance

Given an AP .75X reducer that when used with a f/7 refractor
has a reducer -> image plane distance of Y for .75X reduction.

When using the same reducer on a f/9 RCT would the reducer ->
image plane distance be the same in order to obtain the same
.75X reduction or would it change by the ratio of the f/ratios?  
I.e. 9*Y/7 or 1.29Y.
