RE: [APML] Opinions: Best 28mm Lens for Pentax or Olympus?

Very true. I'm not expecting a 28mm lens to do pinpoints (or
reasonable facsimiles thereof) in the corners at f/2.8. But I
*am* expecting that if I stop down to f/4 (which is, I realize,
only one stop). I'm hoping someone can recommend a lens that
can do that.

You can predict my next question (g): Is it sharp in the
corners at f/4?
Maybe there isn't a 28mm lens out there that can do this. But,
IIRC, I have seen 28mm photos that show this kind of performance
at f/4. I just don't know exactly which lenses were used. Maybe
not Olympus (Zuiko) or Pentax lenses. But I'm not going to buy
yet another camera body just to use a certain lens or two (g).
