RE: [APML] Best recent model 120 format scanner?



It's been an excellent thread.  I think that since budget is an issue I 
would be inclined to steer you towards the SS120 - even though I haven't 
used, there have been enough reports confirming its suitability.  I think 
that the model that I chose (SS45 Ultra) might be overkill and more costly 
than you need to pay. I have great respect for Polaroid scanners and every 
one I have come across has proven excellent for scanning astrophotos - I 
would urge to bear this latter point in mind, because sometimes a good 
'daylight' scanner can prove almost impossible for scanning astrophotos.
