Re: [APML] More aurora fun - Provia 400F +1
Nice shot Chris, Dont stop posting them:)
Ive been using fuji NPH and the fuji 800 for the last few times I was able
to go out to chase the lights, but am very unsatisfied with the results.
The colour in the 800 was nice but too grainy...although fixable in picture
window using the gaussian blur..the photoshops blur just doesnt cut it.
The NPH in my opinion is hideous...just plain nasty.
Ive been wanting to try the provia 400 since last year but everytime there
is an aurora, the stuff sells quick around here...quite a few aurora
phoographers in my neck of the woods to compete with for film.
This time I bought 3 rolls, but we had that cursed hurricane that swept all
the way up here in Wisconsin and covered us for those 4 days of aurora
bliss.
Bah!!
