[APML] RE: rescanned and processed IC1396

Hi Jeff,
The IC1396 image is very nice.  I looked at in Photoshop and noticed 
that the red levels are depressed in the center of the larger stars.  Is 
this an artifact of using GEM or some sort of jpg compression artifact?
