I personally think that PW Pro is all you need (Registar helps a lot,
too), but I've never used PS, so I'm not exactly a good comparison
reference.  I think a lot of folks use PS because it was out there first
and has a lot of inertia.  My understanding is that PS cannot do all of
the operations an astrophotographer might want in 16-bit mode, but that
my have been addressed in the most recent release.  PW Pro can work
entirely in 16-bit mode if desired.

It would be nice if somebody like Jerry would do a comprehensive
comparison of the two packages for us in his spare time <g>.

I don't recall getting this with my copy (it's been a couple of years),
but it sounds like it's worth trying.  Believe me, it would be great to
have an automated way to match the print to the monitor image.
