RE: [APML] Best recent model 120 format scanner?
I am very happy with the results of my older model DiMage Multi.
However there is a recent purchaser of the new model which
had some sort of optical problem resulting in (IIRC) flares
around stars. I haven't heard back whether this was a design
defect or a problem with an individual unit.

Subject: [APML] Best recent model 120 format scanner?
Can anyone recommend a recent model scanner for both 35mm and 120 format
film? I am familiar with the specifications for suitable models from Minolta
(DiMAGE Scan Multi Pro), Nikon (Super Coolscan 8000 ED) and Polaroid
(SprintScan 120). But specifications don't say how they will actually
perform when scanning astrophotos.
