Re: [APML] Hypered film- no Lumicon



Two excellent posts.  It's well worth reading the patent because it 
immediately answers a lot of the FAQs about hypering here on APML.

Monte's post is very salient.  The patent was clearly aimed at potential 
commercial imposters.  Amateurs are obviously going to carry on hypering 
their films as they have already been doing for the past decade or 
more.  It's not as though the demise of Lumicon has somehow strengthened 
the patent!  As Monte says, it is doubtful that anyone cares now anyway.
