Thank you very much, Tony! Glad you liked the tree. I think putting something
(anything - even a dead tree) in the foreground really adds to images of the
Aurora!
Even at 60 degrees North Aurora isn't that common, especially not of this
calibre!! That's maybe the reason why we enjoy them so much. In the Northern
parts of Norway it's the other way around. They have Aurora very often making it
hard to observe/photograph other astronomical objects.

Thank you for posting... you obviously have a ring-side seat to these
events! Amazing images... and I like the dead tree in the foreground... very
graphic. This must have been something to see in real time...
