Matt,

here is my suggestion: install a postscript printer driver (preferably the
one from Adobe or one of the Apple Laserwriter drivers) and print the
chart into a postscript file. Then use Ghostscript (available at
http://www.ghostscript.com/) to convert it to a TIFF file of arbitrary
resolution.
