Any chance that this may also be a pre-emptive strike to prevent asian
companies from flooding the market with cheaper rip-offs of the Meade
product? I'm thinking in terms of low cost scopes and the asian pseudo
Vixen mounts that can be found everywhere.
Are you allowed to expound on the other court case that you mentioned?
